Many companies are satisfied with their e-learning systems, but what needs to be done to make them more satisfactory? We therefore asked them what improvements could be made to the systems they currently use.
When asked, "What improvements, if any, would you like to see in your current e-leaning system (multiple responses allowed)?"'Functionality and convenience of the system (41.9%)'The largest number of respondents answered that theyLower prices (33.4%)" and "Quality of teaching materials (31.2%)"It continued.
Even though the system was introduced at a cost to reduce the workload and provide high-quality training, it will be worthless if it is not convenient and cost-effective. It may be natural to demand high functionality and convenience when using a system.
We also asked them about their dissatisfaction.

Cost is high (40s / male / Okayama)
I think there are still too few genres to learn (50s / Male / Miyagi)
These responses were received. There were many complaints about cost. Many companies wish that the cost were lower, because it would be expensive to continue using the system.
There are also those who would like to see the range of courses expanded and their own originality added, and while many are satisfied with the current situation, there still seems to be room for improvement.
Summary: Overall satisfaction with e-learning systems is high, but there are some dissatisfactions.
The overall satisfaction with the e-learning systems in this survey revealed a particularly high level of satisfaction with the systems.
Approximately 90% of the companies were satisfied with their e-learning systems, indicating the superiority of system-based training. Although the frequency of use and the size of the group vary considerably from company to company, companies that conduct training at a high frequency and on a large scale in particular may find that the burden of conducting training without using a system will be significant, and many companies may be helped by the system.
