Reason for Selection: Recruitment DX Category

This case study using learningBOX was selected for the Recruitment DX Category Award based on the following evaluation:

"This case study demonstrates how establishing a structured training framework via video seminars expanded the pool of hireable talent. The challenge was reliance on oral instruction, where training content varied depending on the trainer, making the quality of education dependent on senior employees' individual capabilities. By systematizing training with videos and quizzes—and incorporating video view counts into evaluation metrics to make learning a habit—a system was built that is capable of onboarding individuals with no prior industry knowledge. As a result, the hiring candidate pool, which was previously limited mostly to industry veterans and those with welfare sector backgrounds, expanded to include applicants from entirely different industries. The achievement of broadening the candidate pool through a structured training framework was judged to be a reproducible approach for other industries facing hiring challenges among experienced personnel."

Through video training powered by learningBOX, Emimen systematized its employee education and reduced the operational workload of managing training content to less than one-third of its previous level. Furthermore, by establishing an environment where inexperienced hires can acquire required skills and knowledge, the scope of recruitment was successfully broadened to include individuals from non-industry backgrounds, such as mobile phone sales representatives and bridal coordinators.
