I went to Tatsuno Kita High School for a lecture.

On March 5, 2021, I went to Tatsuno Kita High School to give a lecture.
Due to the spread of the new coronavirus infection, many students may be wondering about their employment and career choices.
We hope that what we talked about in the delivery lecture will give students a hint or "trigger" for their career choice and job hunting activities.

About the course contents

In this lecture, he spoke in detail about the history of Tatsuno Information System Corporation up to its establishment and the "anguish and hesitation at that time" that the representative felt before incorporating the company, based on valuable experiences that can only be conveyed by those who have actually experienced them.
Tatsuno Information System - Delivery Lecture

▼ Here is what we talked about in this lecture
1. How did you start your business?
2. What was the hardest part about starting a business?
3. What we value in hiring people

How did you start your business?

The future vision of the company that I had envisioned when I first joined the company was not going to be realized.
→ When I first joined the company, the business policy was to grow the e-learning business significantly.
→ As two or three years passed, the direction of the business began to change.

The hardest thing about starting a business.

Lack of funds is hard.
→ If the business cannot be continued, employees, customers, investors, and financial institutions will be inconvenienced.
→ As a condition of funding, you may be asked to reduce costs. In other words, a reduction in personnel.

It's hard to do it alone.
→ In a sole proprietorship or small business, you have to do everything by yourself.
→ Payroll, social insurance, health insurance and other procedures, tax processing.
→ Sales activities, coordination with customers, and actual service delivery.

What we value in hiring people

To be trustworthy as a person.
→ If you cannot do it, report, contact, and consult. If you cannot do it, report, contact, and consult with us.

Must have a certain level of ability.
→ It is hard for both parties if you hire someone who does not have the necessary skills to perform the job.
→ If you are hiring a programmer, you need to have an A or S rank in Paiza.

To have a place to utilize the person's ability
→ Avoid people who can clearly do better at other companies, no matter how capable they are.

The people you work with in the field must want to work with you.

Dear Students

I think there are more and more things that are not going as planned in your student life due to the new corona. In the future, when you go out into the world, there will be times when things go your way, and there will be times when things don't go well at all. What are you going to do when things don't go well? Even if you can't manage things on your own, you may be able to find a way by consulting with your parents, siblings, friends, colleagues, or boss. You have one year left until graduation. Make the most of the environment you have now, and get ready to jump out into the world!
