With the recent proliferation of online-based work styles, it has become increasingly difficult to accurately assess the abilities and work status of young people. In order to support the growth of young people, it is important to conduct human resource assessments to accurately understand their abilities and other factors.

Human resource assessment is a method for objectively evaluating the skills and abilities of human resources and effectively developing and assigning human resources based on that evaluation. Many companies focus only on "collecting data" in human resource assessment, and are not able to utilize the results of the assessment for developing younger employees.
