Promoted DXing of human resource development support subsidy applications for reskilling businesses by expanding "automatic insertion of handwritten electronic signatures into study completion certificates" and "function for efficient batch output of course histories".
In response to the recent expansion of the reskilling market, learningBOX Corporation plans to release new functions for reskilling providers in the future for its e-learning system, learningBOX, to support the efficiency of business operations in response to human resource development support subsidies.
Growing demand for e-learning systems due to the expanding reskilling market
According to the Teikoku Databank's (2024) survey on corporate attitudes toward reskilling, when companies that are "active" (working on/want to work on) in reskilling were asked about the content of their efforts, the highest response was "understanding and visualizing employees' skills" (52.1%), which leads to the discovery of new human resources, The next highest response was "Use of e-learning, online learning services, etc." (47.5%).

Since the government is expanding subsidies to individuals and companies that promote reskilling under its policy to invest "1 trillion yen over 5 years" in "investment in people" such as reskilling starting in 2022, the number of companies engaging in reskilling training as described above is on the rise.
Furthermore, the number of new businesses entering the reskilling training business using human resource development subsidies is increasing rapidly. Our e-learning system "learningBOX" has been receiving inquiries for a wide variety of applications, regardless of industry or type, including employee training, schools and cram schools, and certification and qualification examinations. Of these, business inquiries from companies considering entry into the reskilling business have doubled since July of last year, and are still increasing.
New Features
Assuming that the reskilling market will continue to expand rapidly, we plan to release two new functions for our e-learning system "learningBOX" in the future in order to support reskilling businesses in streamlining their business operations in response to the human resource development subsidy.

(1) Automatic insertion of handwritten electronic signatures into study completion certificates
In addition to the conventional certificate of completion, the system allows for the insertion of a handwritten electronic signature and content entered by the participant (what he/she has learned, how to apply it in the future, etc.), thereby strengthening identification and enhancing originality to the training program. This will also make it easier to submit the certificate as official proof when applying for grants.
(2) Function to streamline batch output of course history
Exporting a student's learning history is now easier and more granular than ever before.
The system is designed to Significantly reduce the time and effort required to prepare submission documents and internal reports for human resource development support subsidies.
Other functions are also available to support applications for human resource development support subsidies.
