ONODERA USER RUN Co., Ltd. provides end-to-end services ranging from training for foreign workers to recruitment and post-employment retention support. The company operates free training centers in the Philippines, Myanmar, Indonesia, Laos, and Uzbekistan, where it provides instruction in Japanese and the “Specified Skilled Worker” program.
