With hosting / design customization contract
For customers with more than design customization, the annual fee will be applied even if the account is added in the middle of the contract.
We currently support payment by invoice.

In the case of midway addition of the number of people

The payment amount in the calculation example is calculated according to the following calculation.
Additional usage amount = Billed amount

The above calculation example is explained below.

Additional usage amount: 6/1/2021 - 11/28/2021
⇒Starter 100 (1 year): 30,000 yen
30,000 ÷ 365 × 171 × 1 = 14,054.7945 ⇒ 14,054 yen
Consumption tax will be added to the actual invoice amount here.
The decimal point is basically rounded down.

If you are upgrading both the number of users and the license

The payment amount in the calculation example is calculated according to the following calculation.
(1) Difference between the license after the change + (2) Additional usage amount = invoice amount

The above calculation example is explained below.

(1) Difference from the license after the change
90,000 - 30,000 ÷ 365 × 171 = 28,109 yen

(2) Additional usage amount: 6/1/2021 - 11/28/2021
⇒Standard 100 (1 year): 90,000 yen
90,000 ÷ 365 × 171 = 42,164 yen

Billed amount (1) Difference from the license after the change + (2) Additional usage amount
28,109 yen × 2 + 42,164 yen × 1 = 98,382 yen
Consumption tax will be added to the actual invoice amount here.

In case of no hosting / design customization contract, the monthly unit price will be applied.
In the case of midway addition of the number of people

The payment amount in the calculation example is calculated according to the following calculation.

⇒Starter 100 (12 months of monthly fee): 60,000 yen
60,000 ÷ 365 × 171 × 1 = 28,109.589 ⇒ 28,109 yen
