learningBOX, Inc. will exhibit at the TICAD Business Expo & Conference (Japan Fair), which will be held in conjunction with the 9th Tokyo International Conference on African Development (TICAD9) from August 20 (Wed) to 22 (Fri), 2025, at Pacifico Yokohama. The Japanese government has announced the theme of "Co-creating Innovative Solutions with Africa" for TICAD9, and we will introduce our e-learning system "learningBOX" as one of the human resource development solutions that will contribute to Africa's sustainable growth.

What is TICAD Business Expo & Conference (Japan Fair)?

The Tokyo International Conference on African Development (TICAD) is an international conference on the theme of African development. TICAD has been held jointly with the United Nations, the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), the World Bank, and the African Union Commission (AUC), and has been attended by heads of state and other dignitaries and officials from African countries.

The TICAD Business Expo & Conference (Japan Fair), organized and co-sponsored by JETRO and the Business Council for Africa (BCA), will be held under the theme of "Co-Creating Innovative Solutions with Africa," which was announced by the Japanese government in order to meet the growing expectations for business promotion from both Japan and Africa. The theme of the fair is "Co-Creation of Innovative Solutions with Africa," which is in line with the long-term vision of the African Union (AU), and will include exhibits such as innovations that take place in Japan and Africa to solve social issues, Japanese pop culture that has spread to Africa, and space-based technologies that provide a bird's eye view of the world. The event stage will be held in a uniquely Japanese setting.

Outline

Visitors can experience the "AI Assist" function and the "learningBOX" e-learning system with multilingual support through demonstrations. We will also introduce case studies of corporate training, knowledge sharing, school education, and certification examinations that utilize the "learningBOX" e-learning system.

AI Assist

Learning courses and test questions are automatically generated from videos, PDFs, website URLs, etc. uploaded to learningBOX. AI can also be used to automatically calculate the similarity of written reports to model answers and generate feedback comments, helping to improve the efficiency of content creation and grading, thereby reducing the burden of e-learning operations.

In addition to Japanese and English, the learningBOX interface supports the following 16 languages, allowing display and operation in a total of 18 languages at no additional charge.

*Input information and created teaching materials will not be automatically translated. Information entered in Japanese will be registered in Japanese.
*Some functions including Dashboard and system language settings in the Site Customizer, will not be translated.
*learningBOX may include translations provided by Google.
