This new service is a combination of Change's Navitrail and the e-learning learning management system "learningBOX ON". Navitrain, which was created as a new way of corporate training that combines in-house and external training, solves the manpower shortage and quality assurance issues associated with in-house training, and achieves both cost efficiency and learning effectiveness.
