We're accepting internship applications for 2020!

Happy New Year! I'm Shiraki, in charge of human resources.
I will be writing the first blog post for the corporate website of 2020.
I hope you all had a good New Year's Eve and New Year's Day.
I think I gained some weight over the holiday season because I was so full of food.
I look forward to working with you again this year!

  • 1. the year 2020 has arrived, hasn't it?
  • 2. for IT engineers, please come to our internship to see the atmosphere.

We are now in the year 2020.

We've reached the year 2020. How about you all, one year on from 2019!
As we speak, one year ago in January 2019, we had 13 employees.
Amazingly, this year, as of January 2020, we have 26.

The average age of employees is relatively young, around their 30s, and the ratio of male to female employees is 2 (male) to 1 (female), making for a well-balanced workforce.

Last year, thanks to a sudden increase in the number of employees, we moved our office in September to expand our office space.
We've moved to a new location about a 10 minute walk from our old office.More than four times the size of the city!
I moved to such a big office.

On the last day of work at the end of last year, we conducted our first major cleaning of the office that we moved into.
We waxed the flooring in our large office.
Thanks to this, I was able to start the work day with a good feeling.
(Waxing feels so good!)

So last year was a year of great growth in numbers, and we're planning to add more people to work with us this year!

If you are an IT engineer, please come to our internship to see the atmosphere.

We are going to continue ourInternship for IT EngineersWe are accepting
Why don't you come and see the atmosphere of our company at the internship?

By the way, don't you have an image that IT engineers do a lot of overtime work?
Short deadlines, talent shortages, and a death march...
There is indeed data like this.

Top 20 occupations with a lot of overtime work (according to doda)

In our company, we have an evening meeting at 5:50 p.m. and finish our work at 6:00 p.m., which is the regular working hour, and we have a crisp working style.
(Just to give you an idea of our track record, in fiscal year 2019, we only worked one hour of overtime every six months.

We do not work overtime because we are developing our own products and from the perspective of work efficiency and productivity.
Thanks to this, some employees say that they spend their time outside of work on family, hobbies, and improving their skills, and that their private lives are fulfilling!

That's why we're a great place for IT engineers to work!

If you are an IT engineer, why don't you come to our internship program to see the atmosphere?
It's not just the work environment.Get to know the development of IT engineers in practice.I think it will be a valuable experience.
